Doggy Daycare and Boarding

Below you find your Registration Packet for daycare and boarding services.
Please complete the form BEFORE your first scheduled appointment.
At the meeting, a member of our staff will review the materials with you and answer any questions you may have.

This Registration Packet contains:
Client Information Form
Dog Information Form
Emergency Contact & Vet Authorization Form Service Agreement.

In addition, please provide a copy of your dog’s most current vaccination records.
Vaccinations should include rabies, distemper/parvo vaccine, bordetella and canine
influenza vaccinations.

Please contact your vet’s office and ask that they email linda@wonderdogrescue.org this information to us prior to your first appointment. We want to ensure your appointment goes smoothly and that your experience with Wonder Dog is a positive one.

DAYCARE AND BOARDING INFO

• Daycare fee is $40
• Overnight fee is $60
• Required vaccinations: DHLLP, Rabies, Bordetella
• You may bring your own dog food or we can provide food here.
• Your dogs bed and toys are welcome.
• Your dog will have a lot of one on one time with our experienced staff and you have the option to allow your dog to play with others in our 2 acre grass enclosure.

Wonder Dog Daycare is open 7 days a week, 8AM - 6PM

Once registered, drop-ins are welcome if we have room to accommodate them on any given day.
