Say Hello to Pickles. He was taken as a stray to the Peninsula Humane Society in the SF Bay Area. The poor guy was extremely matted, had terrible dental issues and showed signs of major neglect. The shelter did his dental, shaved him down and neutered him. All of their notes point to a friendly little guy who likes to play fetch. But he was overlooked, and when we were contacted he was on the euthanasia list. Westies are sweet, popular dogs, and I am hoping that a Westie lover finds him here! Because he is 7 years old, he is also a candidate for our "Seniors for Seniors" program. His adoption fee will be waived to any adopter who is 55+
