Oscar is very friendly with other dogs, He gets them playing and out of their shell. He's very gentle but also filled with excitement when he sees the people he's familiar with. He can be a little shy and cautious at first with new people, but warms up pretty quickly. He loves to play, but also loves to just get love, attention, and curl up next to you to relax. He's a very smart boy and gets concepts down very quickly with some motivational treats!
