Avery was completely terrified when we found her at the Porterville shelter in the central valley. She spent a week with us in California, quiet, respectful and preferring to be alone. However, during the trip to our New York location she burst out of that shell, attaching herself to the people with her in a very sweet and loving way. We know that this girl is going to make an excellent companion dog for some lucky person or family. She is loving running in an open acre and having people shower her with love!
