Phoebe came to us from an overcrowded shelter. She is a lovely dog and wants only to be with her person. The perfect home for her would be with someone who could spend a lot of time with her. She loves to play or chill out with you. When she looks at you with those big melting eyes you'll wonder how you ever got along without her. She can be competitive with other dogs so probably best as an only dog
