For years, our Seniors for Seniors Program has adopted wonderful dogs aged 7 and older into loving homes. So many of these dogs languish in shelters, and are overlooked because of potential medical problems or the cost of medications. For this reason we fundraise specifically to save these sweet dogs and provide the care they need. While they are available for general adoption, Wonder Dog waives the adoption fee for anyone 55+. So please have a heart and consider adopting a loving older dog. Everybody wins! Older dogs give so much love and are easier to accommodate. And these beautiful creatures who once knew a loving, stable environment get a second chance at life.
