We're coming home! From 1990 through 2023 Wonder Dog Rescue rescued hundreds of Boston Terriers along with many small dogs of all ages and conditions. In November, 2023 we moved adoption operations to Hudson New York, to be housed in a beautiful kennel. We've had wonderful success with the Hudson site, but feel a strong pull to return to our work in California.
While in Hudson we rescued dogs from California shelters. We are currently establishing a foster network in the Bay Area, Northern CA and the Central Valley, so that we can focus more closely on our rescues, and rehome them in California.

The Hudson location will reopen as a new rescue under Sarah Shaw and a new organization, and will continue this valuable work.
